Homes for the Moment has been my temporary residence four times now in LA over the last two years. It is great to have all of the comforts and privacy of home for my working vacations. Dominique and her staff make sure all is arranged with the whole experience a pleasure. It is truly my favorite way of spending an extended stay in another city. I highly recommend it!

I'm a huge fan of Homes for the Moment. From my first contact with them, I knew it was a different type of vacation home company. First, these are not your average vacation homes. These are beautifully decorated homes with real furniture, fixtures and features, not the second hand, yard sale items one finds in most vacation homes.
Second, there's the service. Dominique answers questions with a real feeling for the client and their situation. She'll recommend the right home for the visit. Whether it's long term business travel, a romantic time away or a family vacation she knows these homes intimately and is truly honest about what they offer for YOUR vacation and where they are located. My first experience was a combination 2+ week business trip combined with bringing my family along for part of the trip. She arranged for a wonderful toddler bed for my daughter and helped me figure out the wireless internet. My wife and children loved it. If you're in LA often for business, this is a real alternative to the droning sameness of even the best hotel. You can do laundry, cook your own meals, open a window, breathe un-processed air, and have a drink in your own back yard under the California skies. For some of these terrific properties, you will spend less for a week than in a oderate business hotel in LA. Whenever I'm in LA for a week or more, I always check with Dominique first to see what she has available. A hotel, even the best – and I often stay in the best – just doesn't compare to these places.

We love your house! HH00 - I am so sorry I haven't called or emailed to say thank you so much for renting it to us! We didn't think we would like to stay away from the ocean, especially if we were going to rent a house, but we really, really liked the place and plan on returning again soon if you will have us!

We came for the last 2 weeks of July 07 to visit my brother who lives in L.A . The weather was everything you 'd expect in CA - Warm and Sunny every day.  The breakfast on the deck here at the house HH03 is hard to beat ! We shall really miss the house and our time in L.A. It is a perfect base and a beautiful house. We will be back !! Thank you for your help, and hospitality and look forward to using Homes for the Moment again.

Organizing a trip to a destination 9000 kms away from our home was not that easy - Homes for the Moment and their staff will do everything to facilitate your task- From user-friendliness of their website, to the rigor and effectiveness of the frequent contacts set up. The quality of the service is really irreproachable. As far as we are concerned, our stay in Los Angeles this last summer was a real pleasure. No bad surprises when we arrived. The house was exactly what was announced to us. It was well located with a splendid site, well maintained with care, furnished with taste and well equipped throughout- The exceptional quiet environment and the proximity of shopping and leisure also contributed to the success of our stay which will remain in our memory for a long time like one of our best one ever.

I just wanted to inform you of how unbelievably happy we were with the house. Initially we were nervous about whether or not the house would live up to the photos that we saw online and to our absolute delight the house actually exceeded our expectations. Our plan was to stay there this trip and then spend a few days looking at other rentals to see if we could find something better for our future trips, we never bothered to look at any other houses, this one was perfect for us. The only other thing that i would like to mention was the location, amazing, we were minutes to everything, that was very helpful considering all that we had to do in the 2 weeks that we were there. So, in closing i would like to thank you for all the work you did in getting us into this home and for maintaining the highest level of professionalism that i like to see in anyone i am dealing with. Many thanks for your efforts and care for our long week-end rental for this true fabulous home. My wife and I found it very cozy and stylish architecture with Californian splendor. I still remember spending hours looking at the outside landscape from the inside on nights and days. This is the California, the way we love it. We will be back!

We recently spent a little over a week (January 2011) in Los Angeles in a vacation rental we booked through Dominique at "Homes for the Moment". The home we rented was actually in the hills of Los Feliz and was spectacular!!! We arrived very late at night, but Dominique made sure we had all the information we needed to get settled into the home. We truly had a wonderful stay. We left the house as we found it and our security deposit was returned very promptly. We would recommend Homes for the Moment to our friends and would not hesitate to contact Dominique in the future as we would love to vacation in the area again.

Beautiful HH03 home perched high above the city, this is the quintessential L.A. experience. I’ve lived in Los Angeles my entire life and I can assure you the view doesn’t get much better than this. I loved it so much, I got married right there on the pool deck! The house is conveniently located, yet quiet and peaceful day and night. You’re just minutes away from L.A. ’s best attractions Getty Center, Beaches, Universal Studios, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and Downtown) and main thoroughfares (405 & 101 freeway.) The inside of the home is spacious, tastefully decorated and filled with wonderfully large windows that afford awe-inspiring views day and night. If you’re coming to Los Angeles, you absolutely must stay here.
